I line manage a team of Work Coaches and Recruitment Specialists. I am responsible for leading performance and change, arranging diaries and dealing with escalations and complaints, amongst many other duties.
I have learnt lots of new coaching skills as well as developing those I already had.
I am greatly enjoying my programme. It is the best, most personally rewarding, experience I have had in my career.
The programme is very well organised and structured, with support available from the Provider at any time if needed.
I receive great support from my employer. Not only have they fully funded my programme, they also have given me time within my work hours to carry out the required number of hours.
My Tutor is fantastic. He provides regular updates and is very encouraging and supportive. I always feel more motivated following our 1-2-1s.
Although I haven't completed the programme, I am already seeing how the new skills and knowledge are helping me perform better.
I am a member of the Sports and Social Club and have represented my office at District Quiz Nights.

It is a very supportive employer that is committed to enabling a good work/life balance. There are a number of flexibilities available to me and I have been fully supported when I have been dealing with things outside of work.
