Managing and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, developing project communications strategy with senior leads. Delivering inspiring communications campaigns through internal events, blogs, podcasts and updates.
I am on a daily basis, improving my communications through my engagement with stakeholders and colleagues..
There is variety in the role which gives me the opportunity to develop new skills to shape my behaviour as a leader.
The programme is well structured and there is support available at every turn.
I have one day a week to work on academic activities - research, reading, etc and opportunities created to work/job shadow other areas of the Department.

The theory aspect of the training is well received and knowledge gained is used your job role.
There are occasional networking events however, not always able to attend due to work.
