I have developed my existing skills in team leading and also develop new ones in management skills

The programme is very well structured and also get help on a regular basis basis
I get great support from my employer, with time given over to complete my apprenticeship of the floor and given opportunities to practice what I am learning
The support from the training is really good. We have regular meetings and I can ask for help whenever I need it.
This will help me grow into a new role in the department and help lead the team better
