Design work on multiple projects
I have learnt new CAD skills, and have developed my communication and proffesionalism
I enjoy being in the office with the Track team and also a week in university once a month
University is well organised as we get all the timetables far in advance
I have received alot of support from my colleagues with my work aswell as my university coursework
I have a annual performance review with my manager and training provider every three months which gives me a chance to get support with anything i need
My course gives me insight into other disciplines that I wouldn't of got to learn without it
We have multiple events on throughout the year including social activities as well as networking and learning opportunities within the railway
