  • As a Communication Analyst, I play a vital role in bridging the gap between internal stakeholders, external employees, and the general public. My responsibilities include developing and delivering compelling content for both internal teams and external audiences, as well as building relationships with external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. I'm also at the forefront of transformation projects, serving as a key ambassador to communicate changes and their impact to various stakeholders. Additionally, I work closely with clients to inform strategic decisions on communications, ensuring effective messaging and stakeholder buy-in. Overall, my role enables me to make a meaningful impact on the organization's communication strategy, fostering transparency, and driving engagement across diverse audiences.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've become proficient in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Project, allowing me to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Additionally, I've developed skills in IT software including Confluence/Jira, further solidifying my foundation. Moreover, I've refined my existing skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, enabling me to create high-quality content and deliver effective presentations. This continuous learning has not only broadened my technical capabilities but also enhanced my ability to drive project success and deliver results-driven solutions.

  • I've been really impressed with the culture at IBM. One thing that stands out is how helpful and supportive everyone is. If I'm unsure about something, I can ask for help without feeling embarrassed or judged. This makes it a great place to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. It's a collaborative and open environment where people are happy to share their knowledge and help each other out.

  • I've found the program to be really well-organized, with a clear plan for learning and development. The courses and training have helped me gain new skills and knowledge, and the regular support sessions have been really helpful in answering any questions I have and keeping me on track.   • I've been consistently impressed by the outstanding support I receive from everyone around me. My Foundation Manager has been a valuable source of guidance and mentorship, providing me with the direction and encouragement I need to succeed. Additionally, the team members I work with have been incredibly helpful, offering their expertise and experience to help me navigate any challenges. The collaborative and supportive team culture has made a significant impact on my learning and growth, and I feel grateful to be part of such a cohesive and caring team.

  • I've been really impressed with the support system in place. The company provides lots of helpful materials, such as guides and resources, that help me understand what's expected of me. I've also found it really useful to see examples of work from previous candidates, as it gives me a better idea of what I'm aiming for. Additionally, the workshops and practice sessions have been a big help, allowing me to improve my skills and get feedback from experienced professionals. Overall, I feel like I've been given the tools I need to succeed.

  • I think my qualification has been really helpful in my role as a Junior Management Consultant. It's given me a solid foundation in business principles, analysis, and problem-solving, which I can apply to real-world projects. I've gained a better understanding of how to approach complex business problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions. The qualification has also helped me to develop my critical thinking, communication, and project management skills, which are essential for success in this role. I feel more confident and capable in my ability to analyze business data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for clients. Overall, I believe that the qualification has been instrumental in helping me to perform better in my role and to deliver high-quality results for our clients.

  • One of the aspects I appreciate most about IBM is the thriving community that exists beyond the workplace. The company offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities that cater to diverse interests and passions, allowing IBMers to pursue their hobbies and connect with like-minded individuals. From book clubs that foster a love of reading to cultural affinity groups that celebrate and promote diversity, there's something for everyone. For instance, I've been impressed by the Asian cultural group, which provides a platform for individuals to share their heritage and traditions with others.
