Day-to-day I am usually in the office working on different drawings, whether that be creating, amending or printing and work on a range of projects prioritising different ones on certain days.
I've learnt many new skills from my apprenticeship, both technical and software skills and interpersonal skills.
This programme has been one of my best experiences in life, I have learnt so much and would recommend an apprenticeship to everyone looking. The work experience you get whilst learning at the same time is very beneficial.
Quite organised and structured, when it comes to it I know what I am doing and where I am development wise
Personally, I receive a lot of help from my employer/ colleagues everyday, someone is always free to support.
My training provider has provided the necessary resources I need to achieve to grades in assignments, exams to get the full qualification
There are often many socials at work organised by other colleagues which are good for team building and general socialisation
Yes
Arup, from personal experience, has been a great place to work and learn. The projects are interesting, the work is challenging and the people are really supportive and want you to strive for the best
Just go for it and be yourself when applying
