In my role I am in charge of my team at my business, ensuring the team has the necessary guidance and knowledge to do their job to the best and safest way possible. I am also a district Kitchen Manager where I go and support the other teams in the district, ensuring they have all the knowledge and guidance to lead their teams. I help with supporting them in their teams development through the correct channels whether it is through and Apprenticeship or just their development training through mable
I have learnt more leadership skills through my Apprenticeship, I have learned how to manage and guide my team effectively, it has provided me with the necessary skills to provide further supper to my team and that of the district
I am on my 3rd Apprenticeship and will continue with my learning. I enjoy the theory it provides to set me up for success in the wider hospitality industry
It is the best programme i have been on. Extremely well structured, we have periodic webinars to discuss that periods work we have learned, that way it just enables you to have that discussion with your peers if you are not fully confident in that chapter.
