  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has a clear structure, with well-defined learning objectives and opportunities for hands-on experience. The combination of practical work and theoretical learning has been beneficial in reinforcing key concepts. However, there were moments where clearer guidance on certain expectations and timelines would have helped streamline the learning process. Despite this, the overall structure has been effective in supporting my development as a Junior Software Developer.
