My current role is supporting the Experiential Selling Team as a designer. The Experiential Selling Team (EST) is a global group of IBM creatives, storytellers, and strategists who help IBM teams win large deals by crafting immersive client experiences, primarily in the UK & Ireland, using innovative storytelling, generative AI, and a Pitch Toolkit to modernise IBM’s approach and create memorable, high-impact engagements.
Storytelling – Crafting compelling narratives that make IBM’s value resonate with clients. Experience Design – Creating immersive, sensory-driven interactions that leave a lasting impression. Generative AI – Using AI tools for storytelling, image generation, and enhancing creative outputs.
I have completed my apprenticeship programme now, I have been on a series of roles with different requirements. Overall I have had an enjoyable experience.
