  • At E.ON we rotate on 6 month placements. this allows us to gain a wealth of experience across the business. I project manage contracts, sub-contractors, i have experience on site.

  • I feel like i am constantly learning and developing at E.ON

  • I love the opportunity to go to the different placements as i gain different experience from working with a range of people

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well, we have a great early careers team who look after our welfare, as well as making sure we are getting the most out of the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Loads, the early career team ensure to make the first 12 months a smooth settling in period. we are assigned mentors and buddies who help too

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • YSJ is a good university who structure the course well

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am certainly learning alot about the theory and being able to put it into practice is helpful

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Some DAs run sports teams, and e.on has lots of "networks" where like minded people come together who have similar interests, religions, neurodiversity, cultures etc.

  • Yes

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • Be yourself, research the business well before interviewing, show the interviewer that you have looked at the website and did some research.
