  • Yes I have developed skills using new data analytical tools such as PowerBI, R Studio, Python & SMSS SQL.

  • It was a great course, good support when required and improved my ability to carry out my data analytical work.

  • It was organised well, all content flowed from a prereading, the live events learning and then workplace practise coursework.

  • My employer was great and gave me all the time I needed to complete the course.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • QA was great and assigned a learning tutor as a point of contact along the way. My tutor was great and was able to help and answer any questions I have. Also helped providing support links to help with the KSBs.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me progress my career in to data analytics and allows me to have a range of tools available in my work.

  • Other than teams arranging social gatherings and sports, nothing official that occurs on a regular basis.

  • It's a great place to work with opportunities to enhance different skills and progress your career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • Starting off in emergency breakdown and service delivery may be tougher at first, but as you learn and progress it becomes very rewarding to have a mass of knowledge on how the whole business is run.
