In my current role i'm a line manager for around 25 mobile technicians and I have first line manager responsibilities, which include; performance management, attendance management, engagement and local training etc
I have developed my leadership skills that have improved my teams overall performance.
I enjoy learning new skills and techniques and how to overcome barriers.
It is well structured with good support.
My employer have been very supportive during my course to date.
Lots of support when required, both in person and virtually.
