  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed it as I am interesting in coaching and it inspires me and motivates me. It is a different way of learning that I have had to adapt to and at times that has been a struggle.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There are aspects of the apprenticeship that I felt wasn't structured at all. I had to query about what EPA was all about so I could picture where I was heading. I would have liked to know when teach and learn sessions were happening much further in advance to make sure that time was blocked out of my diary.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My direct line manager has been very supportive. Nothing from the wider team including the apprenticeship team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • It was very patchy! I had to reach out to enquire about EPA, I had to reach out to enquire about reasonable adjustments (and still not sure whether this has been sorted fully and enter gateway in less than a month) Three tutor changes.

    4/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have been working as a Leadership Coach so the learning has helped me perform to a higher standard in that role. Most of it has been because of what I have done and not what the training provider has done.

    5/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Professional networking events that are not connected to the apprenticeship.

    3/10
