1. Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, answer queries and address any concerns or issues they may have. 2. Develop long term relationships with customers 3. Keeping track of customers account - is there any opportunities, what's not doing so well etc 4. Generating reports on performance.

I would say the structure could approve - information can be delayed quite commonly

Great, we can put our ooo on ones a week for a study day, this is greatly encouraged by line managers
Yes loads of socials such as team away day, xmas party, summer party, netball and football club. Great for networking!
