Yes - I have learnt to professionalise my approach to coaching, using business objectives and aligned with personal objectives. I have also learnt a new way to interact with others
I enjoyed it very much - my tutor was excellent
Pretty well structured; aligns to the KSBs and different aspects of a coaching role
Lots - on a practical level, my line managers have been informed and supportive, they have been interested and suggested ways to clear barriers or open doors
All in the form of the tutor support, but she was invaluable
Having developed reflective practise skills, this is something I bring into the everyday, as well as specific understanding of coaching/mentoring practise and just ways of building rapport with others
