Placing orders, running reports, answering customer questions as well as other things such as ETAs

Enjoyed the programme, studying/learning and working was a good mix
Very well set out, even had my own apprenticeship manager as well as a training course
Lots of support for example 1-2-1 and catch ups with my manager and other co workers. And people who are in charge of apprenticeships
Amazing support, aways answering my emails very quick and helped me with all my questions
Did not relate much to my role
Lots of networking events to go to as well as doing a mentoring programme for a local school
