I assist on various different projects mechanically and electrically helping complete drawings to a high standard and learning valuable information to help forward my apprenticeship
I have learned to use design software's such as CAD, Dialux, and Revit to a high standard, I have also learnt how to manage my new responsibilities effectively and maintain an organised work load
I have loved every part of my apprenticeship because everyone at my company is so supportive and pushes me everyday to new challenges to help further my knowledge, and the tasks while they can be challenging they are also very interesting and make really intrigued to learn more
It is very well organised, I work 4 days a week and have 1 day at college, and my company helps me balance my work load between work and college
Everyone is very supportive whether that is helping me understand tasks or even if i ask for support with my course work my colleagues will sit down with me and help go through it, and not mention the flexibility if i need time to do course work i will always be allocated time
my training provider has been good in providing the knowledge for obtaining our qualifications
It helps me understand the whole construction industry a lot more and in depth
There is always something to take part in at work my company is very sociable and there are many other opportunities for more professional events and connecting with others
Yes
It is one of the most supportive and fun places to work it makes coming into the office everyday a joy
Most important is to be yourself and be honest
