    • To a good extent, I appreciate the flexibility but it lacks creativity considering the regulated industry.

    • Very well organised. Everyone respects my 80/20 work week split for university.

    • Not much. They protect my time but I believe the university provides me with the most support

    • Somewhat. Marketing creativity and implementation in my role is difficult in my industry.
