A manager role covering the customer experience throughout the restaurant, talking and communicating to customers, listening to customers feedback and helping with any complaints.
During this course I’ve learnt more about my role and the importance of it, along with any laws and regulations that I was not previously familiar with.
I enjoy it thoroughly, I believe I’m learning a lot about the process of my workplace and more of the behind the scenes stuff
I believe it’s well structured and easy to process, I fully understand the course and what I need to do.
I receive a lot of support in my course, I feel very optimistic about my experience and that I am provided with help where needed.
