I am a Paralegal within the Court of Protection Team at IM. I help to manage the property and financial affairs for clients with brain injuries, who lack capacity to deal with this themselves.
I learn and develop my skills on a regular basis.
The programme is helping me build the background knowledge that I feel I may have lacked previously, and this gives sustenance to my daily role.
Well organised, easy to follow.
I receive a good level of support from my line manager, colleagues and training team.
I think the level of support provided by the training provider is adequate, though at times I feel more feedback could be useful in order to know where I could improve.
It will help me progress within my current role and help with career progression overall.

I think IM is a great employer who offer flexibility with ways of working and provide support and encouragement to develop within IM and your career.
If a career in law is what you want, Irwin Mitchell is a great place to start. I have worked up from an office admin job and am now working towards a qualification to progress within law.
