Processing work, sending out letters and emails to clients and beneficiaries.

i have learnt more about the field i am working in specialising in pensions and i have also improved on my skills i already had like my time management.

I enjoy being on this programme working closely with experts in my field learning and getting more comfortable with my day to day tasks

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is really well organised and structured as i am given time off to study for my course and given plenty of help from both the legal side and apprenticeship side.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a lot of support from my employer and have regular meeting and checkups to make sure i am able to manage my workload with my studying.

i receive a lot of support from my training provider with any questions i have relating to my studies and qualification.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training i get from my qualification allows me to better understand the law and how to apply it to my day to day on the job work.

Yes there are regular emails and updates about extra-curricular activities that the employer and training provider provides that i can get involved in.
