very nice people, that integrate newcomers with upmost support and care. there's plenty of benefits and perks to stay motivated and resources available for you to indulge in

I am a special case as i got into a team that never had an apprentice before, however, despite the inexperience, everyone tried their best and eventually I settled in slowly
as much I require
I receive help with anything I want when given a task that gets me closer to achieving my qualification
it helps me improve what I need to do and it gives me more motivation as I learn more
couple of apprentice were given a side project that they organised. it benefits the team that they are in and improves their corporate skills like how to organise events and arranging meeting and budgeting
