Balfour Beatty offers strong training programs, apprenticeships and graduate schemes. they provide opportunities for professional qualifications and career progression. I have always been so happy and motivated to come to work and the community of people are amazing!! couldn't recommend them more.
Never let your lack of experience in certain areas put you down, It is always worth applying for jobs and showing off your people skills. Everything can be taught but personality can't!
