Was given a project early on and completed the training in 3 months, am now coding and developing on a daily basis to roughly the same difficulty / standard of other team members and am involved in project design calls and bug testing's. I frequently give demos and participate in volunteering opportunities related to my work.
I have learnt C#, ts , python and angular and react , i have learnt about web development in the front end and back end and some basics of devOps. I have been able to work with LLM's and MMM's. I have developed my communication and public speaking skills.
The work side of the program is great but the uni side isnt as good
The work side of the program was structured well , however that was down to my project having a good training course / integration. The Uni side is poor, with the uni being unstructured and chaotic
My employers give me lots of opportunities , letting me deliver demos and talk in front of clients /directors and give me lots of support on anything im struggling with , being generous with time given to complete certain tasks / tickets. They promptly answer any questions and give guidance on anything i may need
barely any
not much
There are lots of social events, including meals , show viewings , go carting etc, anything you could want to do can be accommodated. there are lots of networking events however most are in london and take a bit of traveling , however this can be expensed
