Analysing public website performance and improving the customer journey to improve commercial outcomes.
I learnt lots of new skills. The main one being the story that data tells rather than just providing numbers. Many new technical skills learnt through Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint
I enjoyed the content. I wasn't as keen on the method of delivery. The virtual training days were hard to get through.
It flowed very well as one topic added to and built on the one previous.
So much. Given time to complete tasks and an opportunity to talk things through with my line manager, as well as other stakeholders in the business that offered expert support.
I had support there when I needed it. Contact was responded to quickly and actions followed up on.
It will help me to tell a story using data I collect. I will be able to collect more specific metrics and be able to analyse and explain trends to a variety of different stakeholders.
