  • Analysing public website performance and improving the customer journey to improve commercial outcomes.

  • I learnt lots of new skills. The main one being the story that data tells rather than just providing numbers. Many new technical skills learnt through Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint

  • I enjoyed the content. I wasn't as keen on the method of delivery. The virtual training days were hard to get through.

  • It flowed very well as one topic added to and built on the one previous.

  • So much. Given time to complete tasks and an opportunity to talk things through with my line manager, as well as other stakeholders in the business that offered expert support.

  • I had support there when I needed it. Contact was responded to quickly and actions followed up on.

  • It will help me to tell a story using data I collect. I will be able to collect more specific metrics and be able to analyse and explain trends to a variety of different stakeholders.
