I manage Home Insurance and its ancillary Products ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and identifying opportunities for future improvements. I work with various stakeholders and monitor the products regularly to ensure they provide fair value and keep up to date with market changes.
I am only new in my apprenticeship and have used the information I have learned to enhance my role. I have developed my relationship skills, organisational skills and have learned a lot of background knowledge to insurance and how it works.
I really enjoy my programme, i find it engaging and knowledgeable
I feel the programme is well structured and organised
I receive lots of support from my employer, in ensuring I have the time allocated to my studies, that I am coping well with my workload and feel that I can discuss my webinars and learnings as well as ask questions.
My coach is amazing, she is on hand with any queries and has been available to talk me off a ledge when I have had a panic about something
I feel that it is giving me more in depth knowledge within my role and is allowing me to look beyond my role as to what the capabilities would be upon completion

I feel that the positive cultures promotes teamwork and everyone works together to provide the best outcome. The company is customer focussed and takes pride in its heritage. It has a fantastic wellbeing programme and the company cares about its staff rather than just being a statistic
