Yes. I have hugely improved my interpersonal skills

Thoroughly enjoy it but the pay could be beter

Very organised. Manager are very clued in to apprenticeship side of things

Lots of support, study days are encouraged and work loads are lessened if there is too much work

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot of support but mainly from my tutor, the organisation as a whole have issues with looping us in with updtaes they change with our qualification but my tutor was amazing

Be yourself, do not panic and research the company outside the standard research box e.g check awards they've won, check how they are perfoming in the financial market
