Yes. I have hugely improved my interpersonal skills
Thoroughly enjoy it but the pay could be beter
Very organised. Manager are very clued in to apprenticeship side of things
Lots of support, study days are encouraged and work loads are lessened if there is too much work
Alot of support but mainly from my tutor, the organisation as a whole have issues with looping us in with updtaes they change with our qualification but my tutor was amazing
