  • On a day-day basis I speak to prospects and customers to introduce how we can support their businesses with a wide range of offerings.

  • I have improved on many different skills for example organisation, interpersonal skills, and time management.

  • I enjoy my programme as I am able to gain invaluable experience whilst doing my degree alongside.

  • I organise my learning by blocking out specific time in my calendar for studying, that way I can balance my work time and university time effectively.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, I have been assigned both a mentor and a buddy to help with my development.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider, this is through frequent sessions with my lecturers for us to ask questions and get help with anything we may be struggling with.

  • Very well, I complete my KSB's through experiences I have at work where I can relate my learnings to my workplace practice.

  • Yes, we have frequent networking events with my team, wider Experian co-workers, and with my cohort.

  • Experian's culture is very welcoming, everyone is kind and supportive. It is a great place to start your career and develop your key skills whilst doing so. The opportunities you are given here are endless.

  • Be open in trying something new, and just be yourself, everything will fall into place.
