I have improved on many different skills for example organisation, interpersonal skills, and time management.
I enjoy my programme as I am able to gain invaluable experience whilst doing my degree alongside.
I organise my learning by blocking out specific time in my calendar for studying, that way I can balance my work time and university time effectively.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, I have been assigned both a mentor and a buddy to help with my development.
