  • I manage a team who provide administration, coordination and invoicing support to various stakeholders across the property department and wider business.

  • Both - new skills have been learnt and I have rekindled a lot of old ones which I had long packed away.

  • I really enjoy it - having dedicated time to devote to my continued development is the right thing to do and is an investment in myself and my career.

  • There have been a few hiccups with transferring from one programme lead to another but hopefully these are now all ironed out.

  • My line manager is very supportive of my apprenticeship programme.

  • As much or as little as I need to ba honest - they don't overwhelm me, but I know they are there if I need them.

  • I think it arms me with the tools to successfully navigate my day job, especially the unexpected.

  • There are a lot of networking opportunities with internal social communities etc
