I manage a team who provide administration, coordination and invoicing support to various stakeholders across the property department and wider business.
Both - new skills have been learnt and I have rekindled a lot of old ones which I had long packed away.
I really enjoy it - having dedicated time to devote to my continued development is the right thing to do and is an investment in myself and my career.
There have been a few hiccups with transferring from one programme lead to another but hopefully these are now all ironed out.
My line manager is very supportive of my apprenticeship programme.
As much or as little as I need to ba honest - they don't overwhelm me, but I know they are there if I need them.
I think it arms me with the tools to successfully navigate my day job, especially the unexpected.
There are a lot of networking opportunities with internal social communities etc
