  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Personally, I receive a lot of support. The team I work in focuses on apprenticeships so I am in a position where I have lots of support if needed. Besides this, I have regular catch ups with managers/ project teams to help me and them with work we do.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Not as much support from my training provider. Support is there, however not as obvious or hands on as it could be. I feel like the training provider could do more to help/ guide us when writing assignments and completing assessments

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification does somewhat make a difference and it allows to apply some theory into my job, however for the majority of work, I do not really apply that much work from my qualification into my day to day job. But, saying this, I think my job helps me to understand my academic learning better.
