Presentation skills, communication, interpersonal, it skills
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme and the skills and opportunities I have gained will stay with me throughout my career.
Our programme was very organised as we started with a 6 week training programme and then were integrated into the team.
Regular 121s, meetings, personal development plans.
A weekly study day and monthly catchups with the provider.
The presentation and it skills we gained majorly helped, however the role is less admin based than the course but with admin skills they can easily be translated.
I’ve been involved in football event, history events, loads of team networking and socials :)
