  • For the apprenticeship, there is focus on personal development and growth as well as building technical skills. The management are supportive but not overbearing and this company truly wants their employees to excel.

  • I have learned personal skills such as presenting, communication and public speaking, as well as leading meetings. I have learned many technical skills such as coding, debugging code, using structured query language on databases.

  • I enjoy the programme very much as I am learning so much every day. This company has truly accelerated growth in my life

  • The training is well structured and everything is communicated well, continuous 1 to 1 talks with manager and learning mentor throughout to make sure you are progressing

  • Support is continous and growing, I have learned a lot of my manager and continue to have 1 to 1 feedback sessions monthly to identify future goals

  • Firebrand training has been very supportive and informative. So far I have found both trainers friendly and enthusiastic

  • The qualification can be obtained purely through my standard work and everything feeds into each other.

  • Computa centre has a massive focus on networking amongst employees and is constantly hosting events.
