Involved in the Contract Management area where I do contract change notes, coaching on areas of the contract to new starters, working closely with the finance and commercial team etc
I have improved my IT skills especially by using Excel. I am able to adapt to new situations. I have worked in record keeping with tracking documents as well.
I really enjoy it especially since this role is exactly what I expected when I initially applied for the program. It’s a great learning opportunity to balance studying and work at the same time.
The training provider does a good job at giving studying material which aligns with the work I do so it’s easy to follow and balance both of it. Each week is planned accordingly to my growth.
I receive support on a weekly basis by my manager who is always available to listen and help me through with any doubts. Frequent check ins are available to see how I am getting with the program which helps me to reflect on what I have been up to.
the support is always available and there are always sessions set up if requested. I am able to adjust any workload and generally talk about any worries to ensure flexibility is achieved.
I am learning new things in the area and allows me to undertake work development activities which allows me to push myself in my role.
Networking is available in a frequent basis and a great way to interact freely in our same industry.
Yes
You will feel settled quickly with the help of your peers. There is no feel of being an outsider since support is available whenever you need it.
Look into what the company has to offer. I would recommend that you look into whether your career goals align with what Computacenter has to offer.
