  • My role is to cross train, develop, motivate and to lend help and support to each member when needed. I will often analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service my team are providing.

  • Yes, this has helped me develop my previous skills and look at new ways of working

  • I found the programme really good and useful but Skills Forwarding site was poor and caused frustration

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Its was OK, again dont think the maths and English helped. It would have been ideal to do this first so I could concentrate on the actual assesments.

  • It has been hard to get the time to complete this, we have had 2 restructures and if I am away doing work someone needs to cover my accounts. A lots of this has been done outside of my allocated hours
