My role is to cross train, develop, motivate and to lend help and support to each member when needed. I will often analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service my team are providing.

I found the programme really good and useful but Skills Forwarding site was poor and caused frustration
Its was OK, again dont think the maths and English helped. It would have been ideal to do this first so I could concentrate on the actual assesments.
It has been hard to get the time to complete this, we have had 2 restructures and if I am away doing work someone needs to cover my accounts. A lots of this has been done outside of my allocated hours
