My role on a day-to-day basis is speaking to customers and also having a deeper insight when it comes to how a business operates and how to gain sales
I have learnt multiple skills being at B&Q. I have gained a load of customer service skills, product knowledge, stock movement and etc.
I have enjoyed my programme very well to a point i would like to go up the ladder and move up to a team leader.
Organisation from my team have been great and they have been very supportive on teaching me and trying to push me
I receive a lot of support from my manager and my coach they are great leaders to me.
I receive a lot of support that i am even close to finishing my apprenticeship.
It helps me to be more confident and having the qualification shows that I've gained something.
My team are trying to get me onto a team leader course.

It feels like home, there are great people working here
I would advice them to just work here its such a great, peaceful environment.
