  • Supporting those who cannot support themselves, ensuring they recieve quality care and support in daily life. This includes personal care, ensuring safety and health, planning activities, improving independence and daily living skills and accessing the community

  • I have developed my English, Maths and ICT skills throughout this process as well as learning in depth the behind the scene importance such as legislation and how to do specific things such as write risk assessments

  • I have found it throughly informative and extremely well paced

  • Very well, I always know who I can contact if I have queries and I always know when I am meeting my instructor and why

  • My employer has assisted me throughout this course and helped me with detailed insight

  • As much as I need, they always check on me and ensure I am doing well as well as supporting me if i am not

  • It gives me greater knowledge at my job role and the elements that ensure quality care and promotes quality of life for those I support

  • No however our online platform connect allows us to see everything happening in different homes as well as happening in the world to use for our service

  • Yes

  • Because it cares about it employees as well as those in their care and ensures they are treated with respect

  • It is a difficult job but rewarding
