  • I really enjoyed the programme, the mixture of self lead materials and interactive webinars helped increase my knowledge and build confidence in my practice.

  • The course was well organised and was structured in a way that course work and expectations were manageable alongside work and family commitments

  • My employer was super supportive, allowing me time during work hours to complete my assignments and complete my studies.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider was very supportive, they offered me regular catch up's and they were able to offer me advice and support when I needed it. During the programme, I had several personal issues and they helped me through them and allowed me time off to reduce the pressure. They also made adjustments for my dyslexia which played a significant role in helping me complete my apprenticeship.

  • It has helped me significantly in my role, it has not only built up my skills in working with my stakeholders, it has also increased my confidence.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have annual conferences, regular regional meetings and have several virtual communities giving colleagues a chance to share ideas, raise concerns and ask questions.
