I support and develop leaders within the organisation. Embedding change and empowering staff
I have learnt new skills AND developed existing skills, The Apprenticeship has really helped me in my role in getting the best out of people
I really enjoyed the programme, the mixture of self lead materials and interactive webinars helped increase my knowledge and build confidence in my practice.
The course was well organised and was structured in a way that course work and expectations were manageable alongside work and family commitments
My employer was super supportive, allowing me time during work hours to complete my assignments and complete my studies.
My training provider was very supportive, they offered me regular catch up's and they were able to offer me advice and support when I needed it. During the programme, I had several personal issues and they helped me through them and allowed me time off to reduce the pressure. They also made adjustments for my dyslexia which played a significant role in helping me complete my apprenticeship.
It has helped me significantly in my role, it has not only built up my skills in working with my stakeholders, it has also increased my confidence.
We have annual conferences, regular regional meetings and have several virtual communities giving colleagues a chance to share ideas, raise concerns and ask questions.
