Improved communication skills Improved Presentation skills Since beginning the Apprenticeship, I feel I have also became a much more well rounded professional and understand how to conduct myself.
I enjoy the variety at work. I am currently working on 3 different projects across the Country which has brought lots of opportunities. Some periods have been stressful, but those periods are when you learn the most.
The programme is very well structured both at work and Uni. At work we have lots of training opportunities and there is a lot of support. At Uni again there is a lot of support.
We receive a lot of support from our employer, I have a weekly catch-up where I can review things I may be struggling on or I can be reassured on things I am doing.
I receive a lot of support Including CPD's, Off the job training, or support with RICS, University etc.
It helps in the sense that you are taught the principles of Constriction/QS'ing, but it does not relate to M&E.
We have a football team that play every Wednesday that I'm involved in, we also attending Career fairs, CIOB events aswell as Golf Days, and charity events.
