I performance manage a group of field engineers. This consists of daily upkeep as well as reviewing data to ensure performance is hitting KPI targets set for the year by the company.
I have learnt a lot of new data analysis skills which helps me do a deeper dive into reports as well as presenting findings in a visually engaging way.
