Data Analyst in the continuous improvement team at UK logistics center. Utilise data analytics in my role to improve warehouse operational efficiency and provide project support.
Technical skills such as Power BI, Python and SQL. Soft skills such as stakeholder management and storytelling with data
Content is good but delivery method could be improved (in my opinion too many breakout rooms).
Well structured modules spread out over time allowing ease of balance between apprenticeship tasks and work tasks.
Manager is onboard with the requirements of the program and supportive if I need to reschedule workload.
Plenty of support in webinar sessions and weekly drop ins if additional support is required.
The skills developed in my qualification are directly applicable to my role and provide new ways to work towards using data to solve problems
