I work on automation projects that focuses on improving, enhancing processes being done manually through the use of automation
Yes, I have enhanced my knowledge on the wider business, and improved communication and stakeholder understanding in projects
The project management programme is tough, a lot of hard work, but with the variety in projects and people I interact with, makes it enjoyable
The programme is well structured. The support from the team, and managers, makes it great to work collaboratively and allows for clear actions to keep organised
My employer provides a lot of support from either an academic perspective with a study mentor, or through my day to day job helping me enhance my skills, or anything I don't do, being able to shadow or learn about their work
My training provider has been helpful in understanding the needs and requirements from me, pointing me in the right direction
I am early on in my apprenticeship, but with what I have completed, has given me a better understanding on businesses, and communication skills

Cummins has been supportive in my development over the last 5+ years, with opportunities available all the time to grow. The interactions with everyone at Cummins is great and feels welcoming. With Cummins being a large company, there are so many opportunities to be a part of different parts of the business
