  • My critical thinking has significantly improved. Being apply to apply theory in a live context enabled me to immerse myself in the content and utilise analysis tools accurately which I have be unable to before

  • The programme was great. Some very useful content which I could apply to my organisation

  • The programme was organised well. However, structure wise it could have improved significantly. Some of the modules finished early every session - on one module we lost out on a days teaching

  • I was lucky that I was able to manage my 1 day a week off the job training. I feel grateful for all of the support from my employer

  • I had varying module tutors. The support received depended on the teacher. However, overall I feel it was positive

  • The qualification definitely supported me in getting a promotion and is helping how I manage my team.

  • I get involved in many extra-curricular activities. My favourite is our apprenticeship day which gives me so much inspiration
