  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?

    • I would recommend joining as an apprentice or a graduate. I would not recommend doing a 'future's scheme' as IBM does not recognise this experience internally and once you undertake an apprenticeship after this, you are starting from scratch salary-wise.
