  • My role involves continuous improvement in the quality department in the Leeds site. I work on collecting data on any quality issues and then work on a project that will improve the data.

  • Yes I have learnt many skills ranging from the more sociable skills to practical skills. Some of these include data collection techniques, interpersonal skills and also the more practical engineering and manufacturing skills that allow me to understand how we operate.

  • I enjoy all the learning and the flexibility in the work I am completing. This has allowed me to learn lots of skills and knowledge.

  • The structure has now improved a lot since I joined. It is now very well structured across the apprenticeship to allow you to develop all the core knowledge needed.

  • I receive lots of support allot of this includes study days that allow me to improve my work life balance.

  • I receive lots of support from my provider that allows me to improve in both my uni and work life

  • It allows me to have the base knowledge I can build on in my workplace

  • Because its a good place to learn lots of knowledge to start you career. All employees are very helpful and all want to help you be the best yourself.

  • Show that you are willing to learn. Apprentices wont be the finished article when they start
