I have enjoyed the programme throughout the whole 18 months - it developed my leadership overall but increased my knowledge on some key organisational topics
Clear structure with individual topics and masterclasses each month
as required - employer engaged in regular programme reviews and multiple witness testimonies submitted
as required - the training provided was always quick to respond on chat/email when I wasn't sure on something

Professional networking events - roundtables, conferences etc
