  • I am the Service Design lead for a government project, leading a small design team through E2E design initiatives, from discovery to development handover. I am expected to produce design deliverables such as a service blueprint, host workshops, and playback work for the client.

  • I have continuously developed new skills in design through my role and my apprenticeship

  • The apprenticeship has been great for learning theory behind design and building confidence in my skills.

  • My employer is very supportive in allowing additional time for apprenticeship work

  • The training provider has been great in providing additional materials as well as the lectures to ensure we have access to the right tools

  • My course has given me more validation whilst doing my role and allows me to work better with other design disciplines as I now have a greater understanding of UX as a whole
