My role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulation. On a day-to-day basis, this typically includes the following tasks: Bookkeeping: Keeping track of daily financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and payments. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Yes, I have learnt how to use multiple different accounting software without the help of my supervisors or managers which has increased my efficiency substantially.

I really enjoy my programme I love the help I am given by my coworkers when I don't understand a task everyone is always very helpful, and I feel like I can never ask a silly question.

The programme is very well structured and organised there is always work for me when i come in which is brilliant as i am always learning something new.

I receive quite a lot of help from my managers there always more than happy to help not to mention i can go to them if anything is ever on my mind.

I receive loads of support from my training provider the skills coaches are all fantastic and i can go to them whenever i feel like something is bothering me.

The work i do with my training provider is very helpful as most of it come up in my day-to-day work

Yes, at my work we are very big on Paddle and a group of us play it at least once a week

HB is a very profession and hard-working firm they have brilliant work life balance and very rarely require you to stay past 5pm
