I work within a PMO team. My day-to-day involves collaborating with members of my project to submit their deliverables to me so that I can review and submit to the client.
I've learnt how to create great excel speadsheets and trackers to help manage resources in my project
I enjoy my programme very much, there is a mix of project and learning which helps me evolve my skills
Pretty structured, monthly reviews happen each month and my 8 hours of learning happens each week so I can progress in my apprenticeship programme
A lot of support if i require it!
If there are any issues my trainign provider is always there to answer my questions and solve any issues I might have
The learning I take in my qualification helps massively in my role, especially how to communicate with clients and demonstrating the IBM Values
Every Thursday there is a walk that I always go on with other members of my sector
Yes
Because it has helped me grow my skills, IBM is extremely flexible, whether you work from home or come to the office. IBM has helped me identify where I want to take my career and has allowed me space to do what I enjoy!
Get involved and network with as many new people as possible. Having connections really helps to find new projects.
