  • I work within a PMO team. My day-to-day involves collaborating with members of my project to submit their deliverables to me so that I can review and submit to the client.

  • I've learnt how to create great excel speadsheets and trackers to help manage resources in my project

  • I enjoy my programme very much, there is a mix of project and learning which helps me evolve my skills

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Pretty structured, monthly reviews happen each month and my 8 hours of learning happens each week so I can progress in my apprenticeship programme

  • A lot of support if i require it!

  • If there are any issues my trainign provider is always there to answer my questions and solve any issues I might have

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The learning I take in my qualification helps massively in my role, especially how to communicate with clients and demonstrating the IBM Values

  • Every Thursday there is a walk that I always go on with other members of my sector

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it has helped me grow my skills, IBM is extremely flexible, whether you work from home or come to the office. IBM has helped me identify where I want to take my career and has allowed me space to do what I enjoy!


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Get involved and network with as many new people as possible. Having connections really helps to find new projects.
