As a UX Design Consultant at IBM, I design solutions for different projects. I create wireframes, prototypes, and test designs with users to make sure they are simple and easy to use. I work with developers, stakeholders, and business analysts to build user-centered designs that meet project needs.

As an early professional it is great as there are many opportunities to try new things and figure out what you like/dont like.
Apply straight into the apprenticeship or graduate schemes, the futures scheme is not recognised internally so if you stay on after this as an apprentice, your salary and time considered at IBM is restarted. This is not made clear beforehand.
