  • I am a PMO, general tasks includes, onboarding / offboarding tasks, emails, attending calls with the client, using project management tools to track and report data, and managing the RAID log to manage risks.

  • yes stakeholder management, time management, IT tools like excel, monday.com, organistaion skills and my confidence has grown

  • i enjoy my programme when i am on projects that really help and support my development if not i am limited.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • it is well organised and i have a foundation manager that helps me stay on track with my apprenticeship as well as having learning sessions to help. These are well structured but sometimes i feel a little micromanged.

  • I recieve enough support from my employer, however they could improve on support regarding pay and navigating the promotion period.

  • some of the learning is super helpful however sometimes it can feel very generic and not apply to my role.

  • Yes, and there are so many opportunties to get involved, i sometimes help out at the foundation female events.

  • Yes

  • I feel like it has a very good early professial community with things to get involved in and mentors willing to help you


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • make sure you suit the company values and the goals they aim to work towards. ensure you have slef motivation to complete an apprenticeship
